Our Returns Policy

Notification of cancellation should be made in writing, and the goods returned to us within a further 7 days, by Recorded Delivery at the customer's expense. We cannot accept responsibility for goods sent by other methods.

The goods should be in their original packaging, unused and in a re-saleable condition, with any tags and label intact and the receipt should be included. A refund in respect of the goods, less postage and a minimum €10 handling charge will be issued.

 
In the event of customers wishing to exchange goods due to the shipping of incorrect goods or goods arriving damaged a replacement will be shipped without additional charge.

Exchanges requested for any other reason will be made for the payment of the additional shipping charge. In all cases based on receipt of the items as described above and the availability of the requested replacement.
